PI-UBI-01:101000 Error
This error means that the code for a game has already been claimed on this account. Restarting the Epic Games Launcher will fix the issue.
How to restart the Epic Games Launcher
- Right-click on the system tray icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click on Exit.
- Relaunch your Epic Games Launcher.
