I can't access my games

If you have issues accessing your games try the following troubleshooting:

  1. In Epic Games Launcher reset your filters to show all games.
  2. Make sure that the game has been released. Refer to How to understand Epic Game Store offer statuses.
  3. Restart the Epic Games launcher from the system tray icon by right-clicking in the bottom right corner and then clicking Exit.
  4. Start the Launcher again.
  5. Verify your computer time/date settings and ensure automatic time/date updates are enabled.
