I can't access my games
If you have issues accessing your games try the following troubleshooting:
- In Epic Games Launcher reset your filters to show all games.
- Make sure that the game has been released. Refer to How to understand Epic Game Store offer statuses.
- Restart the Epic Games launcher from the system tray icon by right-clicking in the bottom right corner and then clicking Exit.
- Start the Launcher again.
- Verify your computer time/date settings and ensure automatic time/date updates are enabled.
