I didn't receive the game or DLC in the library
If you’re having issues seeing the game or DLC in your launcher, try the following steps:
- Manage DLC in Launcher by following How do I manage DLC in the Epic Games Launcher?
- Some games use the Manage DLC option in the launcher to control DLC access.
- Manage DLC in Secondary Launchers.
- If you’re having difficulties with a game that uses a secondary launcher you may be able to manage the content in the secondary launcher:
- EA - EA App
- Ubisoft - Ubisoft Connect
- Paradox - Paradox Launcher
- If you’re having difficulties with a game that uses a secondary launcher you may be able to manage the content in the secondary launcher:
- Check In-game Progress.
- Some DLCs require you to progress to a specific point in the game to access the content. Make sure that you are at the proper point in the game to access the DLC.
- Check if your launchers are up to date.
- There are several game titles that have their own launchers that also open when you start a game. Ensuring that all launchers are updated can help resolve issues.
- Check if the game or DLC has been released.
- Verify that filters are not on in your game library in the launcher. Click the reset button next to the Filters.
- Clear web cache. You can follow the steps in How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC?
- Run Epic Game Launcher as an Administrator. You can follow the steps in How do I run the Epic Games Launcher as an Administrator?
- Temporarily disable your Antivirus, or add the Launcher and the game as an exception.
- Restart the Epic Games Launcher and then the game.
- Verify that you’re not using VPN services.
