Why have my games gone missing or games I never owned are appearing in the library?
If you run into this issue try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that you’re logged into the correct account.
- The purchase will be visible in your account's Transaction History.
- Change your DNS to the Google one.

If these steps have not resolved the issue, try the following:
- Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking the system tray icon in the bottom-right corner, and then clicking Exit.
- Press Windows key + R, type “%localappdata%”, and then press Enter to open a File Explorer window.
- Open the Epic Games Launcher folder.
- Rename the Saved folder to something else (Example: Saved.bk).
- This will serve as backup in case this method didn't work.
- Restart the Epic Launcher then check the library for the missing game(s).
