SU-MD-DL, or SU-MD-CA error

This error usually appears when you are experiencing network issues. Please follow the steps in our troubleshooting article for connection issues, found in the article: How to troubleshoot connection issues.

If this doesn't work, please try the steps below to uncheck any proxy settings enabled in the launcher:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Uncheck the box Use Proxy if it is checked.
