Why am I no longer able to access Epic Games Store apps on iOS or iPadOS?

The Epic Games Store app for iOS is only available in the European Union (iPhone and iPad) and Japan (iPhone only).

If you have left the EU:
Apps you previously installed continue to work and receive updates for up to 30 days. After 30 days outside the EU, your apps stop receiving updates but continue to open. You cannot install new apps from the Epic Games Store while outside the EU.

If you have permanently moved outside the EU or Japan:
The Epic Games Store is not available in your region. You can download Fortnite directly from the App Store (Opens in a new tab) instead.
