How Do I Troubleshoot Fall Guys Connection Issues?
Connection issues may show up in the following ways:
- Unable to login
- Unable to download or update
- Receiving an error code
- Unable to matchmake or connect to matches
- Unable to join other parties
If you're having trouble with your connection follow the steps below:
- Check our status page (Opens in a new tab) to see if there is a known issue.
- If there is a known issue, watch our status page and our social media accounts for updates until the issue is resolved.
- If there is no known issue, please continue to the next step
- If you are using a wireless connection, switch to a wired connection. If this does not resolve your issue, move on to the next step.
The clock on your PC or console must be accurate in order for Epic Games to connect to servers. Sync your clock to an internet time server and adjust for daylight savings by following the steps for your platform below:

If syncing your clock did not resolve your issue, continue to the next step.
- Your firewall or antivirus could be blocking Fall Guys from connecting to the internet, based on how it is configured. You can try to add Fall Guys as an exception to your antivirus and firewall.

- For other antiviruses, please check the manufacturer's website for instructions.
If adding Fall Guys as an exception to your firewall or antivirus does not resolve your issue, continue to the next step
