How to troubleshoot visual bugs in Fortnite

If you encounter visual bugs in Fortnite, please try the following:

1. Verify game file integrity by doing the following:
   1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
   2. Find Fortnite in your Epic Games Library.
   3. Click the three dots.
   4. Select Manage.
   5. Click the Verify button.
   6. Wait for validation to complete.
2. If the issue persists you can try clearing the Launcher cache:
   • On PC:
     1. Close the Epic Games Launcher from the taskbar.
     2. Press the Windows key and tap the R key, this will open a run window.
     3. Type %localappdata%
     4. Press the Enter key, this will open File Explorer.
     5. Open the EpicGamesLauncher folder.
     6. Open the Saved folder.
     7. Right-click and delete the following:
        • webcache
        • webcache_4147
        • webcache_4430
          There may only be one or two of the files present
   • On Mac
     1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher.
     2. Open Finder.
     3. Click on Go then Go to Folder...
     4. Type "~/Library/Caches/com.epicgames.EpicGamesLauncher" and press Enter.
     5. Drag the webcache folder to the Trash.
     6. Press control and click on Trash.
     7. Click on Empty Trash.
     8. Relaunch the Epic Games Launcher.
3. If the issue continues, please try to uninstall and reinstall the game and try again.
