I joined the Fortnite Crew but I didn't receive a refund for a Pass

If you purchased a Battle or Season Pass in Fortnite with V-Bucks, and joined the Fortnite Crew after said pass had ended, you will not receive a refund for the spent V-Bucks.

You'll only receive a refund if the Battle or Season pass you purchased is still active in-game, and you joined the crew within 14 days of the purchase.
