Restarting your router can help resolve connection issues. It is a good idea to restart your modem and/or router at least once a month to ensure peak performance.
- Turn off your PC/Console.
- Unplug your Modem and Router from the power source.
- Leave your Modem and Router unplugged for at least a minute.
- Plug your Modem and Router back into the power source.
- Wait until the lights turn back on.
- Turn on your PC/Console.
- Reconnect your device to the Internet/Wi-Fi.
- Test your connection by going to a web page you haven’t been to in a while.
