Why do I need to complete a W-9 or a W-8Ben form?

Due to tax regulations, we’re required to report certain information about you in connection with any reward that you receive from us. We use W-9 and/or W-8Ben forms (as applicable) in order to collect and report this information.

These forms are filled and signed during the tax interview digitally. You do not have to print and send them to a physical address.
