Why do I get a message that I am blocked from Discord when playing Fortnite?

This can happen when Game Overlays are turned on in Discord. To clear this error message try turning off Game Overlays in Discord.

1. Click the Setting icon (Gear icon) in the lower left corner of Discord.
2. Select Game Overlay near the bottom of the left column.
3. Uncheck the Enable In-Game Overlay switch.
