Why do I see a "Voice Chat Disabled" message in the Fortnite Mobile lobby on my iOS device?

The team is aware of an issue affecting some players on Fortnite Mobile for iOS devices who may be unable to use the voice chat feature and are receiving a "Voice Chat Disabled" message in the lobby.
