I have a charge from Epic Games I’m not familiar with — what should I do?
If an unauthorized purchase is made using a payment method you own or through
an account you created, we will do our best to assist you. However, please
note that these purchases must be less than 90 days old.
I do not recognize the purchases

Once we review your submission, an agent will request relevant information to help us investigate your charge.
My child made unauthorized purchases
If the purchases were made on a PC, please click CONTACT US to submit a support ticket, and we'll review your request and get back to you.
Unauthorized purchases on third-party platforms
If the purchase was made through a console or mobile device and not the Epic Games Store directly, please contact the respective platform's support team to request a refund.
We are unable to directly refund purchases made on Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
