Where can I change my Creator Code?
You can change your Creator Code without contacting Player Support, through the Creator program tools in theEpic Games Account Management page. To do so, you can:
- Go to the Epic Games Account Management page
- Log in to your account if you haven't already
- Click CREATOR PROGRAMS
- Select either the Support-A-Creator or the Island Creator tab
- Follow the instructions listed on the page to enter your desired new Creator Code and verify that it’s available.
If it meets all the requirements listed and is available, you can lock it in right there. However, please note that if you change your Creator Code, you will reset any current supporters for Fortnite and Rocket League. This means that players who selected your old Creator Code will not be carried over to your new Creator Code. If you do decide to change your Creator Code, be sure to let your supporters know about your new Creator Code as soon as possible!
Once your Creator Code has been selected, you can only change it once during any 12-month period.
