How do I change my FPS settings in Rocket League?

FPS (Frames Per Second) should match your monitor’s refresh rate to ensure that your computer is not working harder than it needs to. You will see smoother gameplay when the FPS and monitor refresh rate match. 

1. Follow the steps in Microsoft's article Change the refresh rate on your monitor in Windows (Opens in a new tab) to find your monitor's refresh rate
2. Change the FPS setting in Rocket League:
   1. Launch Rocket League.
   2. Select Settings from the Main Menu.
   3. Select the Video tab.
   4. Select the Frames Per Second drop-down.
   5. Choose the option that matches your monitor's refresh rate.
