How to refund or return Item Shop purchases in Rocket League
You can request a refund by contacting Epic Games Player Support. Please note that you have a max of (3) three return tickets for your account. Using one return ticket will remove the purchased items and return the spent credits to your account.
Gather the following information: Date of purchase, Name of item(s), and amount of Credits spent.
Only purchases within the last 30 days are eligible for return.
If your purchase was made within 30 days, click the Contact Us button below to request a refund.
Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone by the Epic Games Player Support team, and additional tickets will not be granted.
