How to refund or return Item Shop purchases in Rocket League

You can request a refund by contacting Epic Games Player Support. Please note that you have a max of (3) three return tickets for your account. Using one return ticket will remove the purchased items and return the spent credits to your account.

• Gather the following information: Date of purchase, Name of item(s), and amount of Credits spent.

  • Only purchases within the last 30 days are eligible for return.

• If your purchase was made within 30 days, click the Contact Us button below to request a refund.

• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone by the Epic Games Player Support team, and additional tickets will not be granted.
