I haven't received any cars or other rewards from my Rocket Pass while playing Rocket Racing

You can only earn rewards from your Rocket Pass in Rocket League, which is a game you can download in the Epic Games Launcher. Whereas Rocket Racing is a game mode available in Fortnite.

To level up with your Rocket Pass and earn premium rewards, make sure you are logged into your Rocket League account.
