Rocket Pass Tips for Rocket League

What is Rocket Pass?

Rocket Pass (Opens in a new tab) is an in-game progression system that allows players to earn Customization Items in Rocket League, like Decals, Wheels, Car Bodies, and more. Our goal is to offer several Rocket Passes throughout the year. Each Rocket Pass will offer a new set of items.

Are there requirements to participate in the Rocket Pass?

Rocket Pass has two tracks. A free track that is available to all players, and a Premium track that requires Credits to unlock.

Credits may be purchased on your platform to unlock the Premium track. The Premium Track also includes Credits as rewards.

Credits can be used to:

  • Purchase Featured Items in the Shop
  • Build items from Blueprints
  • Purchase Premium Tiers for current Rocket Pass
  • Saved for the next Season of Rocket Pass

A confirmation message will be presented before completing any purchases. This message will display the platform username, the cost of the Rocket Pass upgrade, and the number of tiers being added.

If you are a child and your parent hasn't helped you set up your account, you may have a Cabined Account with different features. If you think you might have a Cabined Account, visit: Why does my Rocket League account say that some features are disabled?

Once parental controls are set up for your account, you may be granted access to additional in-game features allowed by your parent or guardian.

Are there in-game advantages for Rocket Pass Premium players?

No. All rewards in Rocket Pass are either cosmetic Customization Items or XP Boosts. None of these rewards offer an in-game competitive advantage.
