Is Bluetooth microphone input supported on the Nintendo Switch?

Bluetooth microphone input is not officially supported on the Nintendo Switch.

To be able to use a microphone in the in-game voice chat, your headphones/microphone will need to be connected to the Nintendo Switch with a cable via the audio jack.
