When the Epic Games servers are down, how can I find out when they'll be back up?

You can check the Epic Games Public Statuses (Opens in a new tab) to see if a server is down or under maintenance and when it will be back online.

If no timeframe is listed on the statuses page, please continue monitoring it to see when the server is back online. Player Support doesn't have additional information on server outages.
