If you receive this error message, it's probably because you're using the native Mail desktop app on Windows. Try the following steps to troubleshoot the error:
- Reply to the email from a web browser
- Log in to your email inbox from a web browser
- Try replying to our message from the web browser
- Reply from the Epic Games help site
- Go to https://www.epicgames.com/ and log in to the Epic Games account you used to submit the ticket
- Once you log in, you should see a banner at the top of the page telling you, "we replied to your request and are waiting for your answer." Click the hyperlink in the banner to view your requests
- Click the request you want to reply to and try to send your message
