"Your Email could not be delivered" error when responding to an Epic Games support ticket

If you receive this error message, it's probably because you're using the native Mail desktop app on Windows. Try the following steps to troubleshoot the error:

  • Reply to the email from a web browser
    1. Log in to your email inbox from a web browser
    2. Try replying to our message from the web browser
  • Reply from the Epic Games help site
    1. Go to https://www.epicgames.com/ and log in to the Epic Games account you used to submit the ticket
    2. Once you log in, you should see a banner at the top of the page telling you, "we replied to your request and are waiting for your answer." Click the hyperlink in the banner to view your requests
    3. Click the request you want to reply to and try to send your message
