I’m using Boleto to purchase from the Epic Games Store or Fortnite and I don’t see my purchased items.

Boleto is a cash payment method in Brazil that requires you to go to an authorized location to complete the payment. 

Purchases made using Boleto Bancario tend to take 5-7 days to appear on accounts because the cash payment must be authorized. 

For Boleto Flash purchases, the payment can be processed within 1 hour if you pay during business hours at the same bank your Boleto is issued. Otherwise, the purchase will be processed within 3-5 business days.
