Check the following details to troubleshoot why you’re not receiving our
emails:

Make sure that the email address on your account is correct and free of
typos or misspellings, including the email domain.

Check your spam folder(s). If you have marked the support.epicgames.com
domain as spam or blocked the address, refer to your internet service
provider's (ISP) support page for steps to unblock the address or unmark
it as spam.

Whitelist support.epicgames.com. Refer to your ISP's support page for
steps to whitelist an email domain.

Make sure you’re not using a role-based address like webmaster@ or
postmaster@.
