How do I report bad islands or content?

  1. To access the menu from the island, you can:
    • On PC/Mac, press Esc.
    • On PlayStation, press the Options button.
    • On XBox, press the Menu button.
    • On Switch, press the + button.
  2. Click the hamburger icon.
  3. Select Report.
  4. Select Submit a report. 
  5. Select An island from the "What do you want to report?" menu.
  6. Select the Island you would like to report.
    Note: If you are trying to report from an unpublished island in UEFN, you will need to create a Playtest or Private Version of the island in order to make the report. Refer to How do I create a Playtest or Private Version of my island? and then use the test code or private island code that you generated when following the steps below. 
  7. Select the reason for the report.
    Note: If you select "Illegal Content" as the reason for your report, you may use the QR code or "Submit Report URL" link and follow the steps on the "Report an Island" page. Please use the Island Code shown on the "How To Report" screen to complete the report. You will not need to continue to the rest of the steps below.
  8. Confirm that your screenshot is correct, then click Continue in the "Add a Screenshot" menu.
    Note: If you need to make an adjustment, click Re-Take Screenshot before clicking Continue.
    1. Add any information you’d like to include to the Let us know more (optional) comments box in the "Additional Info" menu.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Click Accept to submit the report.
