Returning in-island transactions
We are unable to issue returns for in-island purchases in developer-made islands. They are final and cannot be transferred to other islands or experiences, as they only work within the island they were purchased in.
If you experienced an issue with an in-island transaction, you can report it directly from the "Developer Islands” tab of your Transactions page. Refer to How can I report in-island offers or transactions? for step-by-step instructions.
