I don’t get emails from @epicgames.com

The issue you are experiencing may be related to the inbox settings for spam or blocked addresses associated with your email address or ISP.

Follow these steps to see why you may not be receiving emails:

  1. Make sure there are no misspellings in either your email address or the domain registered with your Epic Games account.
  2. Check your spam folder(s).
    NOTE: If you have marked the epicgames.com domain as spam, or blocked the address, refer to your ISP support page for steps to unblock the address or unmark it as spam.
  3. Whitelist epicgames.com.
  4. Make sure you’re not using a role-based address like webmaster@ or postmaster@ since this can cause delivery issues.
