How to contact Epic Games Support

We now have an Epic Support Assistant that players will see on the Epic Games help site and will gradually roll out to more languages. You can chat with the Epic Support Assistant and if it can't solve your issue, it will be able to transfer you to a human agent. At this point, you'll be prompted to log in to your Epic Games Account and will have the option to live chat with an agent or create an email ticket with our support team.

To contact Epic Games Support, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Epic Games help page (Opens in a new tab)
2. Enter your issue or question into the search bar.
3. The Epic Support Assistant will introduce itself and help solve your problem, asking further questions if needed.
   Note: At any stage, you can click Answer Sources to see the articles that the Epic Support Assistant referenced
4. If it can't solve your issue, it will ask if you would like to speak with a member of the support team. Click Yes and, if necessary, it will take you to the sign-in page. After you have signed in, you can choose to either continue in the chat or send an email.

French, German, Portuguese, Spanish

We will be rolling out the Epic Support Assistant in these languages in the coming weeks. In the meantime, to contact Epic Games Support, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Epic Games help page (Opens in a new tab)
2. Enter your issue or question into the search bar. You can use the topic navigation buttons to filter your search
3. If you find an article that answers your question or solves your problem, you are all set! 
4. If not, scroll to the bottom of the search results page and click Contact Us.
5. On the Contact Us page, select the option that best applies to your situation.
6. Fill in the contact form with as much information as you can so we can support you quickly and efficiently.
