Other AS errors

If you are seeing a different AS error, it typically indicates a network configuration issue, outdated drivers or Windows, or webcache that needs to be cleared. To attempt resolving the errors, follow the steps bellow:

1. Make sure your drivers and Windows are updated to the latest version.

2. Clear your webache:

   1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking the system tray icon and selecting Exit.

   2. Press Windows key + R and type %localappdata% to open File Explorer.

   3. Open the Epic Games Launcher folder, then the Saved folder.

   4. Delete the webcache folder.

   5. Restart your computer and launch the Epic Games Launcher.
