What do I do if I’m missing a game from Prime Gaming?

If you claimed a game and you don’t see it in your Library:

1. Make sure that the country on your Epic Games account matches the country you’re in
2. Go to Prime Gaming (Opens in a new tab) and find the game.
3. Check the FAQ section to ensure the game is available in your region.
   Note: Prime Gaming is not available in Russia, China, and embargoed territories.
4. Make sure that you’re logged into the correct Epic Games account.
5. If you're eligible for the game and still can’t see it, reach out to the Prime Gaming Support team. (Opens in a new tab)
