II-E1003 error

This error usually occurs when the Epic Games Launcher can't download the game files for installation.

1. Verify your game files. Refer to How do I verify game files in the Epic Games Launcher?
2. Clear Epic Games Launcher cache. Refer to How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC?
3. Reinstall the Epic Games Launcher. Refer to How do I reinstall the Epic Games Launcher?
   Note: This will remove all of the games that you installed through the Epic Games Launcher.
4. Change your DNS server. Refer to How do I switch to a public DNS to strengthen my connection?
