IS-INFO-THROTTLED
You will see this message while downloading a game on the Epic Games Launcher if you previously selected to throttle downloads.
To remove this message:
- Open Download Manager (bottom left corner in the launcher)
- Select Download Settings
- Under Download Speed, uncheck Limit download speeds
