SU-BI-CA: Build info client auth error

You may run into this error code due to a network connection issue preventing you from being able to authenticate. 

Disable background applications

Often times a background application causes this error due to blocking your connection. Make sure to disable all your background applications as outlined: How do I disable background applications? Then try again. 

Use the -SkipBuildPatchPrereq launcher option

1. Close the Epic Games Launcher entirely.

2. Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher shortcut and click Properties.

3. At the end of the Target line insert the following:
   -SkipBuildPatchPrereq
   Example: "C:Program Files (x86)Epic GamesLauncherPortalBinariesWin64EpicGamesLauncher.exe" -SkipBuildPatchPrereq

4. Click on Apply.

5. Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher shortcut.

6. Click on Run as Administrator.
