How do I fix the “VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing” or "VCOMP110.dll was not found" error?

If you received the error "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" or "The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP110.DLL was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem", you need to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables on your PC. You can locate and download them on Microsoft's download page (Opens in a new tab). After you finish installing them, restart your PC and try launching your game again.
