How do I gather logs for the Epic Games Launcher?
Log files are files created by your system or the game. These files can help show what the issue is and how to best fix it. Reproduce the issue first. Then close the Epic Games Launcher before collecting your logs, and attach them to your support ticket.
Some folders may contain many log files. Collect the four most recent log files from each folder. If you reach the upload limit, reply to your support ticket again with the remaining log files.
