I used my coupon but my purchase did not complete.

If you have used a coupon on a purchase that did not go through, your coupon is locked to that purchase. To unlock the coupon to use on your next purchase, follow the steps below.

  1. When trying to purchase again, you will see there are no eligible coupons. Click the down arrow to view coupons.
  2. You will see a blue "VIEW" button to click.

  3. You will be able to see the coupon that is still attached to the other order. If you are 100% sure that the order did not go through, click "CANCEL THIS ORDER".

  4. Your coupon is now unlocked and can be used for your next purchase.
