SU-MD-HSH: Failed to asynchronously deserialize a manifest

The Epic Games Launcher was unable to retrieve the expected data when attempting to perform a self-update. In most cases, this issue will be fixed on its own by waiting a few minutes and trying again.

If the issue persists for longer than 15 minutes, disable background applications, as they may interfere with the Epic Games launcher. Refer to How do I disable background applications?
