Epic Games Launcher displays incorrectly or appears blank
If your Epic Games Launcher displays incorrectly or appears blank, try clearing your launcher’s web cache or change your high DPI settings to fix it.
- Make sure that your Epic Games Launcher is up to date
- Clear your launcher’s web cache. Refer to How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC?
- Adjust the Domain Name Systems (DNS) settings. Refer to How do I switch to a public DNS to strengthen my connection?
- Change high DPI settings
- Right-click your Epic Games Launcher shortcut, and then click Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Click Change high DPI settings.
- Check the box for Override high DPI scaling behavior and leave Application in the drop-down menu.
- Connect to a different internet connection (mobile hotspot) and check if the issue is resolved.
- Check date and time settings. Refer to How do I sync the clock on my device?

If the launcher looks like on the image below you may need to adjust your display scale and layout.
- Right-click the desktop.
- Click on Display Settings.
- Adjust scale and layout to 100%.
- Restart the Epic Games Launcher.
