How do I change the country on my billing profile?

Please contact Epic Games Player Support to request a change to the country on your Epic account. Please be aware that country changes are subject to approval and may not be granted.

Exception for players in Korea
Players in Korea must use the Real ID system. Once an account is connected to a Real ID, Epic Games is unable to change the country associated with the Epic account, and the account will remain locked to Korea.

To request a country change, please follow these steps:

  1. Click CONTACT US.
  2. In the Inquiry dropdown, select Delete / Update Billing Information.
  3. In the Describe your problem here field, tell us what country you’d like to change your account to.
  4. Click SUBMIT.
