To prevent your account from being flagged due to suspicious purchasing activity, please consider the following measures:

• Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Learn more in the article Two-factor authentication (2FA) and how to enable it
• Contact your bank, financial institution, or payment method provider to see if there are any flags that have been placed on your payment account.
• Do not share your payment method or your account credentials.  Make sure your password is completely unique to your Epic Games account. 
• Make sure that you enter your billing information correctly and that your payment account has sufficient funds. 
• Do not purchase V-Bucks or any other content from third-party sellers or websites. Do not use any third-party websites offering V-Bucks giveaways.
• Do not try to use payment methods that do not belong to you and for which you do not have authorization.
