How to configure a controller in Fortnite

  1. Open the game menu.

    • On PC/Mac, press Esc.

    • On PlayStation, press the Options button

    • On Xbox, press the Menu button

    • On Switch, press the + button

    • On Android, press the Menu button and then the Gear icon

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Go to the Controller Mapping page. You'll have the following configurations on the right side:

    • Old School

    • Quick Builder

    • Combat Pro

    • Builder Pro

    • Custom

      Select this configuration if you want to customize the controller settings to your own style. Keep in mind that you will also have the option to select which platform the controller belongs to if you play on PC with a controller.

  4. Click Apply
