What do I do if my V-Bucks card code is saying invalid?

If you try to redeem your V-Bucks card and you get an error that says it’s invalid,

• Go to fortnite.com/vbuckscard (Opens in a new tab), and select Get Started to redeem your code
• Make sure you're entering the code correctly

If the code is entered correctly and still shows as invalid, the card has not been properly activated. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the card to get it activated.
