Why have I received the Fortnite Crew Pack items and not the 800 V-Bucks?

The 800 V-Bucks included in your Crew subscription are added to your account on the day of your billing.
Your exact billing date depends on your subscription date and/or your primary platform.

• If you were previously subscribed to Fortnite Crew on Xbox and now receive it as part of an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk, your billing date may have shifted to match your Xbox Game Pass billing date.
• If you need to check when your billing date is, please head over to How to check the next billing or payment date of your Fortnite Crew subscription?
• It may take up to 72 hours for the V-Bucks to appear in your account. If, after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.
