Bug Reporting on Discord

Can’t post on Reddit? No problem. Join us in the Official Fortnite Discord server! Once you are in the server, locate the Bug Reporting section and post in the relevant channel: #br-bug-reports , #cr-bug-reports or #stw-bug-reports!

How to submit Debugging Info 

To send an in-game bug report, do the following:

1. Open the game menu.
   • On PC/Mac, press Esc.
   • On PlayStation press the touchpad.
   • On Xbox, press the Menu button.
   • On Switch, press the + button.
   • On Android, press the Menu button and then the gear icon.
2. Select the Settings icon 
3. Select Reporting/Feedback.
4. Select Report a Bug.
5. Select the category of the bug you wish to submit. If there is no relevant category for your issue, select the closest to it.

6. Click Accept, and then Confirm.

These reports are routed to an internal team here at Epic Games. If you were asked to send an in-game bug report, respond to the Epic Games employee with confirmation you submitted the report and your Epic Games Account ID.
