How to receive your Support-A-Creator and competitive Rewards in Hyperwallet using an existing PayPal account

After completing your Tax Interview, you’ll receive a Hyperwallet activation email to the email address you entered in your Tax Interview. If you select PayPal as your transfer method, by default, Hyperwallet will use this email address to send rewards.

Notes:

• If you are above 18, your Epic account email that you used to player Fortnite will be used for Hyperwallet activation.
• If you are under 18,  the guardian/parent email you provided will be used for Hyperwallet activation.

Claiming your rewards using PayPal

1. Once the PayPal transfer method is set up, you’ll receive an email from Hyperwallet notifying you to claim your rewards.
2. Click Claim Your Money.
   
   
3. Log in using your PayPal credentials. 

   Note: If you don’t have an existing PayPal account, you can create a personal account using the same email address you used for Hyperwallet, and then click Next.
   
   
   

4. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see that you’ve successfully claimed your rewards.
   
   

Verify your existing PayPal account in Hyperwallet

A follow-up email will be sent from service@intl.paypal.com to the email address on your Hyperwallet account to verify the link to your existing PayPal account. 

Click Confirm your email in the email you receive. You will need to enter your PayPal login credentials again.

Your account link is successfully verified! The primary email address will receive an email from service@intl.paypal.com titled You added a new email address to your PayPal account.
