What is the scope of Epic Games technical support?

At Epic Games, Player Support offers technical support for all our games and the Epic Games Launcher. We want to be sure the support we offer provides a great player experience. Epic Games Player Support offers technical support for all of Epic's games and the Epic Games Launcher.

Epic Games products we offer technical support for:

  • Epic Games Launcher
    • Issues downloading or installing games
    • Issues with features (i.e. Cloud Saves)
    • Error codes
    • Issues connecting to the launcher

Note: If you're having issues with Windows Installer please reach out to Microsoft support for assistance.

  • Fortnite
    • Crashes
    • Graphics issues
    • Connection issues (i.e. Unable to connect)
Note: We don't offer support for latency issues with Fortnite. We understand it's frustrating to have high  latency however these issues are best solved by contacting your internet service provider. You can provide their support team a traceroute to our Fortnite servers using the instructions here.
