What is the scope of Epic Games technical support?
Epic Games Support offers technical support for all our games and the Epic Games Launcher. We want to be sure the support we offer provides a great player experience.

Note: We don't offer support for latency issues with Fortnite. We understand it's frustrating to have high latency however these issues are best solved by contacting your internet service provider. You can provide their support team with a ping test to our Fortnite servers using the instructions here.
