My friend didn't receive the Fortnite in-game items of a gift that I sent on the Epic Games Store

After receiving a gift of Fortnite in-game items, the recipient must accept it to add the items to their account.

Send the following steps to the recipient to accept the gift. If you are the recipient of the gift, follow the steps below to accept the gift:

1. Visit this link and log into your Epic Games account:
   https://www.epicgames.com/account/transactions/gifts (Opens in a new tab)
2. Under the Received section, find the gift sent to you.
3. Click on the Accept button.
4. Launch Fortnite, and the items from the gift should be added to your account.
