I have not received the Special Edition bundle in Chivalry 2 King's Edition on the Epic Games Store

If you cannot see Chivalry 2 Special Edition content, you can go to the add-ons tab in-game and click on the purchase button for the Special Edition. After the purchase window opens, cancel the purchase and the items should appear.
