Why am I unable to redeem the Sid Meier's Civilization® VII: Tides of Power Collection for free?

Some players that owned the Civilization VII were not able to redeem the Sid Meier's Civilization® VII: Tides of Power Collection for free.
The issue has been fixed and should be working as intended now.

If you are eligible to redeem for free but were accidentally charged for the Sid Meier's Civilization® VII: Tides of Power Collection, the payment has been refunded, but you will still be able to keep the bundle/DLC.
